摘要
选区激光熔化成形过程中, 熔道与单层的成形特点在很大程度上决定了成形零件的性能。实验探究了熔道的成形特点随激光功率与扫描速度的变化规律, 分析了适合成形的熔道类型。在单层实验中, 从扫描线长度出发, 探究了在搭接过程中熔道间热影响与成形面质量联系。总结了成形熔道高度的分布规律。通过三维轮廓仪观察实验结果并与工艺相对成熟的成形结果进行对比获得了设备的工艺参数。介绍了一种填充策略, 实验验证可以有效提高成形面质量。
Abstract
The characteristics of single track and single layer to a large extent determines the performance of parts by selective laser melting. Forming characteristics of single track with laser power and scanning speed are discussed, and the characteristics of single track suitable for the process are analyzed. In the single layer experiment, the relationship between the thermal influence and the quality of the forming surface during the lap process was explored from the scanning line length. Through the three-dimensional contour instrument observation experiment results and compared with the results of forming process is relatively mature won the process parameters of the equipment. A scanning strategy is introduced, and the experimental verification can improve the quality of forming surface effectively.
