激光快速修复带孔TA15钛合金力学性能研究

摘要
针对TA15钛合金锻件在加工和服役过程中受到的损伤, 对预损伤试样进行激光快速修复, 并将部分修复试样开中心孔, 研究修复后无孔试样和中心孔试样的显微组织和室温拉伸性能。采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了试样金相组织以及拉伸断口。结果表明, 修复区有粗大的原始柱状β晶粒, 晶粒内有细小的α/β片层组织; 热影响区呈现了基体的双态组织到激光修复区α/β片层组织的渐变。修复后无孔试样和中心孔试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度较母材有所提高, 中心孔试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度增量小于无孔试样, 但其各性能均能达到母材性能要求。
Abstract
The technology of laser rapid repair was used to repair mis-machining and sevice process defects in TA15 alloy forgings. The microstructure and tensile properties of laser rapid repaired TA15 titanium alloy with unopen-hole and open-hole specipmens at room temperature was analyzed. The microstructure and tensile fracture surface of the sample were analyzed by optical microscope and SEM. The results show that the entire heat affected zone of annealing state presents a continuous microstructural transition from bimodal structure to basket weave characterized by coarse columnar β with fine α/β lamellar structure. The tensile strength and yield strength of unopen-hole and open-hole specipmens is higher than forging, The center hole increment of tensile strength and yield strength is smaller than non hole specimen, but its performance can meet the performance requirements of forging.
