模块化等亮度LED路灯设计

摘要
针对当前LED路灯照明采用照度均匀的设计方法无法满足道路照明实际需求的情况,通过推导自由母线的偏微分方程,在研究路灯配光特性的基础上,应用SolidWorks软件建立LED路灯的光学模型,将光学模型导入TracePro软件进行仿真,应用DIALux软件模拟实际道路场景和路面的光照情况,完成一款符合国家标准的LED道路照明灯具配光设计。设计灯具的路面亮度总均匀度和路面纵向均匀度分别为0.82和0.77,都高于国家照明标准,既满足亮度均匀性的要求,也满足照度均匀性的要求。并研发了一款全新的模块化灯具结构,实用方便,市场前景广阔。
Abstract
To address the problem that the design method considering illumination uniformity of current LED street lights cannot meet the actual requirements of road lighting,we derive the partial differential equation of the free surface generatrix on the basis of light distribution characteristics.The SolidWorks software is used to establish the optical model of LED street lamp,and the optical model is introduced into TracePro software for simulation.DIALux software is used to simulate the actual road lighting conditions,and the design of light distribution for LED road lighting lamps and lanterns is realized,which meets the national standards.Total brightness uniformity and longitudinal uniformity are 0.82 and 0.77,respectively,higher than the national lighting standard,meeting the requirements of brightness uniformity and illumination uniformity.We also develop a new modular lamp structure that is practical and convenient and with broad market prospect.
