一款1 600万像素手机镜头设计
Design of a 16 mega-pixel mobile phone lens
摘要
利用Zemax软件设计一款1 600万像素的手机镜头。该镜头由6片塑料非球面镜片组成,镜头的F数为2,全视场角为78°。采用Omnivision公司OV16880型号的CMOS作为图像传感器,像素元尺寸为1 μm×1 μm,奈奎斯特频率为500 lp/mm,最大像素数为1 600万,最大像高为5.93 mm。最终设计结果,镜头光学总长度为5 mm,1/2奈奎斯特频率处的全视场MTF>0.3,相对照度大于40%,畸变小于2%,场曲小于0.1 mm,可以获得优质的成像效果。公差分析结果表明,该镜头加工工艺性良好。
Abstract
A 16 mega-pixel lens system is designed by Zemax.The mobile phone lens is composed of 6 plastic aspheric lens.The F-number is 2 and full field of view is 78°.The sensor OV16880 has 16 mega-pixel which is made by Omnivision.The pixel size is 1 μm×1 μm.The Nyquistfrequency is 500 lp/mm.The maximum pixel number is 16 million and the maximum image height is 5.93 mm.The final design shows the total optical length is 5 mm.The MTF value is more than 0.3 in full field of view at 1/2 Nyquistfrequency.The relative illumination is more than 40%.The distortion is less than 2%.The field curvature is less than 0.1 mm.It possesses an excellent imaging performance.The analysis of tolerance shows that the processing technology is good.
