摘要
激光测照器应用于地面指示设备时, 需对基本参数进行智能设置, 并对整机状态进行实时显示与监控。为此, 运用OLED显示模块, 以单片机处理器为核心, 在供电电路、驱动电路及显示电路的基础上, 设计了一款控制电路, 通过按键的硬件触发与软件的控制程序, 实现对激光测照器的参数设置与状态监测。试验结果表明: 该控制电路及OLED显示屏不仅能够完成不同时统方式、不同激光发射频率的设置, 而且可实时监控激光测照器的工作状态、主波状态、回波状态、环境温度、测距数值等基本状态, 同时具有-40~+60 ℃温度范围的环境适应性, 也可承受总均方根值为5.46 g的随机振动, 满足了不同恶劣条件下的环境应用, 通过了整机的基地试验, 具有较高的可靠性, 为OLED模块在激光测照器上的工程应用提供了指导价值。
Abstract
Smart settings as well as real time display and monitoring of the system states are needed when the laser director used as the ground indicating equipment. Based on the power circuitry and the display circuitry, a control circuitry taking the MCU as the core is designed with the organic light-emitting diode (OLED) Module. Along with the triggering of the keys and the controlling procedure, the setting of the parameters and the monitoring of the system states are realized. Experimental results indicate that the controlling circuitry and the OLED module can achieve the settings of different styles and different laser frequencies, also the statues of work pattern, emit wave, echo wave, temperature as well as the range can be displayed on time. The circuitry and the OLED can work stably from the -40 ℃ to +60 ℃, as well as the circumstance under the random vibration of 5.46 g. It adapts to different bad conditions, and the reliability is high. It provides guidance value for OLED’s engineering application on laser director.
