摘要
介绍了一台工业级大能量光纤耦合激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦皮秒脉冲激光器。装置利用Nd:YVO4晶体作为增益介质, 通过半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)获得重复频率93.85 MHz、脉冲宽度15.8 ps、单路输出功率200 mW的锁模脉冲序列。放大器采用LD端面泵浦Nd:YAG晶体提供增益, 其中, 再生放大器实现了重复频率在1~20 Hz范围内可调, 且单脉冲能量106倍率的选脉冲放大, 双通行波放大器对脉冲进行再次放大, 最终获得了单脉冲能量为12 mJ的皮秒激光输出。
Abstract
An industrial-level high energy fiber-coupled laser diode (LD)end-pumped picosecond laser was reported. Using Nd:YVO4 crystal as the gain medium, and a mode-locked pulse sequence with a repetition rate of 93.85 MHz, a pulse width of 15.8 ps and a single output power of 200 mW through a semiconductor saturable absorption mirror(SESAM). LD end-pumped Nd:YAG crystals are adopted as the gain media in both regenerative amplifier and traveling-wave amplifier. Through a regenerative amplifier, the single pulse energy is increased by 106magnification with repetition rate adjustable from 1 to 20 Hz. Finally, 12 mJ output energy is obtained in the double-pass amplifies.
