皮秒激光去除热轧钢板氧化层试验研究

摘要
采用脉宽为10 ps的皮秒激光对热轧Q235钢板进行了除锈工艺试验研究, 通过单因素试验法, 得到了激光平均功率密度、光斑重叠率及扫描轨迹重叠率对去除效果及表面形貌的影响规律, 并获得了优化的工艺参数。结果表明, 过大或过小的激光平均功率密度会致使工件二次氧化或除锈不完全; 当光斑重叠率与扫描轨迹重叠率同为30~40%时会获得较好的除锈效果; 采用高、低能量密度交替的清洗方式可以获得相比固定参数清洗更好的清洗效果, 同时可以提高清洗效率。最后利用优化参数清洗得到的工件表面氧元素含量相比未除锈工件降低了92%。
Abstract
The experimental study of derusting process of hot-rolled Q235 steel sheet was conducted with a picosecond laser with a pulse width of 10 ps. The effects of average laser power density, the laser spot overlap ratio and the scanning track overlap ratio on the removal effect and surface topography were investigated by single factor experiments, and obtained the optimized process parameters. The results show that too higher or too lower laser average power density cause secondary oxidation or rusting is incomplete. When the spot overlap ratio and scanning track overlap ratio are 30~40%, a better rust removal effect will be obtained. Using a high and low energy density alternation cleaning method can achieve a better cleaning effect compared to the fixed parameter cleaning, and at the same time, the cleaning efficiency was improved. Finally, the oxygen content on the workpiece surface obtained by cleaning with optimized parameters was reduced by 92% compared to the non-rust removed workpiece.
