摘要
针对中性密度滤光片(以下简称滤光片)型近红外多通道光衰减器,提出了一种校准系统设计方案,并通过搭建校准系统对其进行了验证。结果表明,与传统的校准方案相比,本方案不仅能够缩短多通道可调衰减器的校准时间,而且还能够提高仪器的校准精度。
Abstract
A design scheme of the calibration system for a neutral density filter type near-infrared multichannel variable optical attenuator is proposed. To verify the scheme, a calibration system is built. The results show that compared with the traditional calibration scheme, this scheme not only can shorten the calibration time for the multi-channel variable optical attenuator, but also can improve the calibration accuracy of the instrument.
