摘要
基于2.2 μm、3.9 μm、4.26 μm 和4.8 μm 四个探测波段的红外探测器对火焰特征信息进行提取分析,提出一种应用于四波段红外火焰探测器的具体识别算法实现的方案。通过分析和比较这4 个波段光谱特性的数学关系,借助阈值法、数学相关分析法和信号平均功率法的融合来实现对四波段红外火焰的识别。试验结果表明识别算法可行且可靠,有效提高了红外火焰探测器的精准度和适应环境的能力,实现了对火灾高可靠和远距离探测的目的。
Abstract
Based on a four-band infrared flame detector of 4.26 μm, 2.2 μm, 3.9 μm, and 4.8 μm, the flame characteristic information is extracted and analyzed, and a scheme for the realization of a four-band infrared flame detector is presented. By analyzing and comparing the mathematical relations of the spectral characteristics of the four bands, the threshold method, mathematical correlation analysis, and the signal fusion of the average power method are used to realize the recognition of the four-band infrared flame. The experimental results show that the recognition algorithm is feasible and reliable, and can effectively improve the accuracy and adaptability of the infrared flame detector, in addition to realizing the high reliability and remote detection of fire.
