摘要
为提高海洋集输用材综合力学性能和耐腐蚀性能, 降低海洋环境用材的损耗, 开发了一种高熵合金海洋用材料。方法是利用激光熔覆技术制备碳含量质量分数为0.5%、1.0%、1.5% CrMnFeCoNi高熵合金, 研究了不同碳含量的高熵合金微观组织、组成相、显微硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。结果显示随着碳含量升高, 合金组织中渗碳体和马氏体含量逐渐升高, 马氏体、渗碳体形貌以及组成相也会发生转变; 合金显微硬度先升高后降低, 含碳量为1.0%时达到峰值242.667 HV0.5; 合金耐磨性随着含碳量的升高逐渐升高, 含碳量为1.5%时, 耐磨性最好; 含碳量上升, 合金的耐腐蚀性能先上升后降低, 1.0%含碳量合金耐腐蚀性最佳。综合力学性能及成本考虑, 实验最终选用含碳量为1.0%的CrMnFeCoNi高熵合金作为新型海洋集输系统用材。
Abstract
In order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of marine gathering materials, and reduce the loss of marine environmental materials, a new type of material is developed. The method is to prepare carbon content of 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% CrMnFeCoNi high entropy alloy by using laser cladding technology. The microstructure, composition phase, microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of high entropy alloy with different carbon contents were studied. The results show that with the carbon content increases, the content of cementite and martensite in the alloy gradually increase. The morphology of martensite and cementite as well as the constituent phases also change. The microhardness of the alloy first increases and then decreases, reaching a peak at 242.667 HV0.5 with a carbon content of 1.0%. The wear resistance of the alloy gradually increases with the increase of carbon content, when the carbon content is 1.5%, the wear resistance is the best. With increasing carbon content, the corrosion resistance of the alloy first increases and then decreases, and the corrosion resistance of the alloy with 1.0% carbon content is the best. Considering the comprehensive mechanical properties and cost, a CrMnFeCoNi high entropy alloy with a carbon content of 1.0% was selected as the material for the new marine gathering system.
