Preparation and Characterization of NbMoTaW High-entropy Alloy Coating
摘要
采用机械合金化和激光熔覆技术制备了NbMoTaW高熵合金粉末及其涂层, 分析了涂层的相结构、显微组织及硬度。结果表明, 粉末由简单BCC结构的超细纳米晶组成; 粉末经激光熔覆后获得了NbMoTaW高熵合金涂层, 涂层主要由富Mo、W的BCC1主相、富Nb、Ta的BCC2相和富Fe相组成, 涂层表面平均硬度达1 560 HV0.1。
Abstract
The NbMoTaW high-entropy alloy powder and its coating were prepared by mechanical alloying and laser cladding technology. The phase structure, microstructure and hardness of the coating were analyzed. The results show that the powder consists of ultrafine nanocrystals with a simple BCC structure. The NbMoTaW high-entropy alloy coating was obtained after laser cladding of the powder. The coating mainly consists of BCC1 main phases rich in Mo, W and BCC2 phase rich in Nb and Ta and phase rich in Fe. The average surface hardness of the coating reaches 1 560 HV0.1.
