目的: 回顾分析脉冲强光(IPL)联合超脉冲二氧化碳(CO2)激光治疗面中部毛细血管扩张的疗效和安全性。方法: 整理57例IPL联合超脉冲CO2激光治疗的面中部毛细血管扩张患者的治疗档案, 统计分析皮损减退和副反应发生情况。结果: IPL联合超脉冲CO2激光治疗有效率96.49%; 添加CO2激光治疗前后痊愈率比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05); 不良反应主要有色沉及点状瘢痕, 大都在3～6月内消退, 皮肤细嫩是多见的良性副反应。结论: 脉冲强光联合超脉冲二氧化碳激光是面中部毛细血管扩张安全有效高满意度的治疗手段。

Objective: To review and analyze the efficacy and safety of IPL combined with super pulsed CO2 laser for the treatment of midfacial telangiectasia.Methods: To collect 57 cases of IPL combined with super pulsed CO2 laser treatment files, and skin loss and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Results: The effective rate of IPL combined with super pulsed CO2 laser treatment was 96.49%. The recovery rate before and after the addition of CO2 laser treatment was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The major adverse reactions were pigmentation and spotting scars, most of which subsided within 3 to 6 months. Delicate skin was a more common benign adverse reaction. Conclusion: Pulsed light combined with super pulsed CO2 laser is a safe, effective and highly satisfactory treatment method for midfacial telangiectasia.
