基于专利分析的光纤光缆技术发展研究

摘要
光纤光缆技术是我国推进“宽带中国”战略的重要领域。文章以全球光纤光缆专利为研究对象,采用专利分析的方法,梳理了光纤光缆专利申请趋势,从光纤预制棒、光纤和光缆等流程的角度,分析了光纤光缆技术分布和最新技术动向,并剖析了国内外主要机构的技术布局和核心专利技术。最后,提出了重视专利战略、谋划全球专利布局,探索潜在的国外市场;围绕国家光通信战略和产业技术升级,加强未来重点技术研发;鼓励中小企业创新技术发展、营造产业集聚效应等建议。
Abstract
Fiber and optical cable is an important area for our country to promote "Broadband China" strategy. In this paper, the global patents in the field of optical fiber and optical cable are taken as the research objects. The trend of patent application and the technology distribution of fiber preform, optical fiber and optical cable are analyzed by using patent analysis methods. The layout and technical characteristics of the main institutions in China and abroad are investigated. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as paying attention to patent strategy, strengthening the research and development of key technologies in the future, encouraging the development of innovative technologies for Small and Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs) and creating the agglomeration effect of industries.
