φ1.8 m球面镜下倾式支撑结构设计研究

摘要
为了保证φ1.8 m口径球面镜光轴向下倾斜 45°时能够达到较高的面形精度, 本文设计了φ1.8 m口径球面镜下倾式支撑结构, 巧妙地采用相互结合又能独立作用的多点重锤结构用于侧面和背部支撑, 并合理地设计了支撑点的数目和位置。经过仿真分析及安装后的光学检验表明: φ1.8 m口径球面镜下倾式支撑结构设计合理, 其独特的支撑方案保证了球面镜的面形精度, 同时减小了支撑结构的重量和体积, 为大口径镜面下倾式支撑提供了一种方案。
Abstract
To ensure high surface shape precision of the φ1.8 m spherical mirror with the optical axis sloping down 45°, we designed a sloping support frame for this mirror. This frame adopted a multiple points ball breaker structure combined with each other and being able to act independently for back and flank support. The number and position of the support points are designed. Through analysis of simulation and optical checking after installation, it indicates that: the design of the support frame with the φ1.8 m spherical mirror normal downward sloping 45° is advantageous. The unique support frame can ensure high surface shape precision of the spherical mirror, and also reduce the weight and volume of the support frame. It offered an option for the sloping support frame of the large aperture spherical mirror.
