一种自适应高精度脉冲激光同步时域控制技术的研究
Research on Synchronization Control of Time-Domain on an Adaptive High-Precision Pulsed Laser
摘要
功率合成是获得大能量脉冲激光的有效方案。其中,多台脉冲激光器在时域上实现纳秒级同步是功率合成的关键技术。在论述自适应纳秒级脉冲激光时域同步控制原理的基础上,分析了影响同步时域控制的因素,提出了一种高精度脉冲激光同步时域控制技术。该技术采用负反馈精确延时的控制方式,实现对脉冲激光器出光时间的精确控制。完成了2台脉冲激光器的功率合成实验,实验结果表明,提出的高精度同步时域控制方案可以实现纳秒级精度的激光脉冲同步控制,激光合成效率≥95%。
Abstract
Power synthesis is an efficient method to obtain high energy pulsed laser. How to realize nanosecond-level time-domain synchronization on several pulsed lasers is the key part of power synthesis. In this paper, nanosecond-level time-domain synchronization control principle about self-adaptive pulsed laser is described, the influence factors are analyzed, and a kind of time-domain synchronization control method is brought out. Negative feedback delay is controlled precisely to realize precise control of lasing time. Power synthesis experiments on two pulsed lasers have been finished. The result shows that nanosecond-level time-domain synchronization on several pulsed lasers can be realized through the method introduced in this paper, and the synthetic efficiency is not less than 95 percent.
