光动力荧光诊断在皮肤肿瘤中的应用

摘要
光动力荧光诊断(photodynamic fluorescence diagnosis, PFD)是利用激光诱发肿瘤中的光敏剂释放荧光来进行诊断, 其对于所诊疗的靶组织内光敏剂信息的变化情况的掌握, 光动力反应进程与疗效的理解与促进, 合理地制定光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy, PDT)方案具有重要指导意义。荧光诊断技术具有无损伤、精度高、测量速度快、同时检测多种疾病等优点, 这一应用可以辅助定位肿瘤的范围和肿瘤皮损的边缘, 对肿瘤的治疗极其重要, 有很好的应用前景。对荧光诊断的原理进行了简要的概述, 并通过激光诱发荧光实验, 获得了在几种皮肤肿瘤如基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma, BCC), 乳房外Paget′s病中治疗前后的荧光现象。
Abstract
Photodynamic fluorescence diagnosis(PFD)is a diagnosis of the release of fluorescence from a photosensitizer in a tumor induced by laser, it plays an important guiding role in accurately grasping the changes of photosensitizer information in the target tissue, understanding the progress of photodynamic response, advancing the efficacy, and establishing a reasonable photodynamic therapy(PDT)program. Fluorescence diagnosis technology has the advantages of no damage, high precision, fast measurement speed, and simultaneous detection of various diseases. This application can help locate the extent of the tumor and the edge of the tumor lesion, is extremely important for the treatment of the tumor, and has a good application prospect. The principle of fluorescence diagnostics is briefly summarized, and the fluorescence phenomena before and after treatment in several skin tumors such as basal cell carcinoma(BBC)and extramammary Paget′s disease is obtained by laser-induced fluorescence experiment.
