基于高通量测序的RNA-seq技术在褐飞虱研究中的应用
Application of RNA-seq Technology Based on High-throughput Sequencing in Nilaparvata lugens
摘要
高通量测序技术的快速发展推动了生命科学领域的研究进程, 已广泛应用于动植物病原物抗药性分析、肿瘤研究、遗传育种、病原学诊断、微生物学、分子流行病学和细菌分类学等多个领域。RNA-seq即“转录组测序技术”, 是高通量测序的一项重要内容, 也是基因组学和转录组学分析过程中的一种新型手段。本文查阅了利用RNA-seq技术研究褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens)的文献资料, 对生长发育与繁殖、防御与免疫和抗逆性方面进行了综述。
Abstract
The rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology has promoted the research progress in bioscience and been widely used in plant and animal disease resistance analysis, cancer research, genetic breeding, etiology diagnosis, microbiology, molecular epidemiology and bacterial taxonomy. RNA-seq or “transcriptome sequencing technology” is an important part of high-throughput sequencing and a new method in genomics and transcriptome analysis. This paper focuses on RNA-seq application in Nilaparvata lugensi on the growth and reproduction, defense, immunity and resistance.
