COB封装全光谱 LED 光源及其光电特性
Full spectrum LED light in COB package and its characteristics
摘要
为了提高光源的显色指数,设计、制作一种 COB 封装的全光谱LED光源,通过在设计中增加峰值波长 415 nm 的紫光LED芯片和发光峰值波长 497 nm、655 nm的荧光粉,弥补了普通 LED 光源在紫光、蓝绿光和红光等光谱区间的能量分布不足。实验结果表明,发光效率达到 103.34 lm/W,全光谱 LED 光源显色指数高达99.38,接近日光 100 的显色指数,能够满足高质量照明领域对光源显色性的要求。
Abstract
In order to improve the color rendering index of light source, a full spectrum LED light source of COB package is designed and manufactured, by adding the peak wavelength 415 nm of violet LED chip and luminous peak wavelength 497 nm and 655 nm phosphor, the energy distribution of common LED light source in the spectral range of violet, blue-green and red light is make up. The experimental results show that the luminous efficiency is 103.34 lm/W, the color index of the full spectrum LED is as high as 99.38, and it is close to the color index of sunlight, which can meet the requirement of high quality illumination.
