激光冲击强化对AZ91D镁合金力学性能的试验研究

摘要
研究了激光冲击强化对AZ91D镁合金力学性能的影响, 通过对激光冲击强化前后的试件进行表面三维形貌观测、显微硬度测试、拉伸测试以及摩擦测试, 探究了激光冲击强化对AZ91D镁合金力学性能的影响机理, 同时探讨了材料硬度的提高与拉伸性能、摩擦性能之间的关系。结果表明, 激光冲击强化能有效地提高材料的机械性能、显微硬度及抗拉强度; 摩擦系数下降明显, 磨痕宽度、磨痕深度和磨损面积随着激光冲击强化次数的增加而减小。磨痕的犁沟状特征也会随着冲击次数的增加而逐渐消失。
Abstract
The effect of laser shock peening on the mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy has been studied. Through the surface topography observation, microhardness test, tensile test and friction test of the specimen before and after laser shock peening, the influence mechanism of laser shock peening on the mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied. At the same time, the relationship between the hardness of materials and tensile properties and friction properties was also discussed. The results show that laser shock peening can effectively improve the mechanical properties, microhardness and tensile strength of materials. The friction coefficient decreases obviously, and wear scar width, wear depth and wear area decrease with the increase of laser shock peening times. The furrow characteristics of wear scar will also gradually disappear with the increase of impact times.
