表面等离激元电磁波吸收体研究进展

摘要
表面等离激元电磁波吸收体具有新颖的吸波机制、超高的吸收率、超薄的厚度、超小的单元结构、角度不敏感等特点, 使其在太阳电池、紫外防护、光电探测等领域受到广泛关注。文章围绕表面等离激元电磁波吸收体展开综述, 首先根据其吸波特性的不同, 将其分为窄带、多频带及宽带吸收进行概述, 接着详细介绍了窄带、多频带、宽带表面等离激元电磁波吸收体近年的研究进展, 最后对表面等离激元电磁波吸收体的发展前景进行了展望。
Abstract
Electromagnetic wave absorbers of surface plasmon have received great attention in the areas of solar cell, UV-protection, photodetection, etc., due to their inherent merits of novel absorbing mechanism, high absorption rate, ultra-thin thickness, ultra-small cell structure, and angle insensitivity. In this review, firstly, according to the difference of its absorbing characteristics, it is divided into narrowband, multi-band and broadband absorption. Then, the research progresses of narrow band, multi-band and broadband surface plasmon electromagnetic wave absorbers are introduced in detail. Finally, the development prospects of surface plasmon electromagnetic wave absorbers are discussed.
