摘要
基于“导向逻辑”设计了一种应用于光通信网络的新型光信息流导向器件。采用微环谐振器作为光波导元件, 应用折射率调制机理, 实现了基于聚合物基的多功能电光逻辑门。通过改变不同端口的逻辑输入分别实现了“与/非”、“或/或非”和“同或/异或”等多种状态的光开关逻辑运算。静态仿真确定了微环谐振器的工作波长, 验证了器件具有高速率逻辑运算功能。该器件可用于大规模光学集成电路中, 实现高速光信号的调制输出。
Abstract
Designed is a novel kind of optical information logic-oriented device applied in optical communication network. Applying the refractive index modulation mechanism, a multifunctional electro-optical logic gate based on polymer-base was accomplished by using the micro-ring resonator as the optical waveguide element. Multiple states of optical switch logic operations such as "and/not", "or/nor" and "xor/xnor" can be realized by changing the logical input of different ports. The working wavelength of the microring resonator was determined and the function of high speed of logic operation was verified by the static simulation. This device can be used in large-scale optical integrated circuits to realize modulation output of high speed optical signals.
