摘要
实现了一种基于数字信号处理技术的高精度轮廓线激光视觉检测装置。激光视觉检测装置采用了蓝色激光光学系统, 以DSP芯片为核心对采集到的数字信号进行处理和分析; 取样速度达1.28×107点/s。利用所述激光装置和气浮运动平台, 实现了对SOP和QFP芯片引脚等小型电子部件高精度检测。所述激光装置可应用于生产线或设备上移动的产品, 如黑色和光泽表面的轴承、木材或者石膏等的准确测量。
Abstract
A high precision contour laser vision detection device based on digital signal processing technology is implemented. The blue laser optical system is used in the laser vision detection device, and the DSP chip is used as the core to process and analyze the collected digital signals. The sampling speed is 1.28×107points/s. Using the laser device and the air floating motion platform, the high precision detection of small electronic components such as SOP and QFP chip pins is realized. The laser device can be used for accurate measurement of products moving on production lines or equipment, such as bearings on black and glossy surfaces, wood or gypsum, etc.
