Abstract
The micro-size LED display is made of two-dimensional arrays of high-density light-emitting diodes. It is an all-solid active light-emitting device and has many advantages including low operation voltage, high luminous efficiency, fast response, reliable performance and wide range of operating temperature. The design and fabrication of the Mini-LED display devices will be reviewed and linked to their applications.
