摘要
为了改善机载LCD在低温加热过程中出现的不均匀、四角发蓝现象, 提出了一种基于ITO图案化的加热器设计方法。首先通过Pro/E软件设计ITO图形, 接着利用ANSYS Workbench对屏组件进行有限元热仿真, 得到了机载LCD的低温加热功耗以及稳态温度分布图, 最后根据仿真数据制作LCD, 并进行样品试验。结果表明,对于15.24 cm的LCD, 在相同的功率下, 图案化的加热器加热更加均匀, 且四角发蓝现象得到明显的改善。
Abstract
In order to improve the non-uniformity and the blue-green phenomenon of airborne LCD during low temperature heating, a heater design method based on ITO patterning was proposed. First of all, the ITO graphic was designed by Pro / E software, and then the ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate the screen assembly. The low temperature heating power consumption and steady state temperature distribution of the on-board LCD were obtained. Finally, the LCD was made according to the simulation data and the sample test was performed. The results show that for the 6-inch LCD, the patterned heater heats more evenly and the blues at the corners are significantly improved at the same power.
