动力电池用铝合金准连续脉冲激光焊接特性研究
Characteristics of QCW Pulsed Laser Welding of Aluminum Alloy for Power Battery
摘要
激光焊接因其能量集中、热影响区小和易于自动化等优势在各行业中得到了广泛应用,特别是在动力电池焊接领域铝合金的激光焊接技术得到了极高关注。利用准连续脉冲激光器实验研究铝合金焊接问题,探讨不同激光工艺参数对铝合金焊接性能的影响,改变激光功率和焊接速度来研究其对焊缝力学性能和形貌的影响。实验研究发现,激光工艺参数对铝合金焊缝抗拉强度和熔池形貌有较大影响,选择合适的激光工艺参数有利于提高焊缝的抗拉强度,减少焊缝缺陷。
Abstract
Laser welding has been widely used in various industries due to its advantages of concentrated energy, small heat affected zone and easy automation. Especially in the field of power battery welding, the laser welding technology of aluminum alloy has received great attention. The effect of different laser parameters on the welding properties of aluminum alloy was studied by using QCW pulsed laser. The influence on the mechanical properties and morphology of the weld seam was studied by changing the laser power and welding speed. The experimental results show that the laser processing parameters have a great influence on the tensile strength and weld pool morphology of aluminum alloy. Choosing suitable laser processing parameters can improve the tensile strength of welds and reduce the weld defects.
