激光波长测量CCD信号自适应EEMD降噪研究

摘要
对某些探测信号,如激光测距回波、雷达回波等,在传输过程中会耦合进大量的噪声,导致信噪比下降,通常采用小波变换、导数法、插值、多项式拟合等算法进行降噪处理,以便获取真正需要的有用信号。针对基于劈尖干涉测量激光波长的实验系统中,CCD输出信号因含有噪声而影响FFT变换精度的问题,建立了一种基于归一化指标寻优的自适应EEMD(ensemble empirical mode decomposition,总体经验模态分解)降噪模型,并将其应用到基于劈尖干涉的波长测量实验系统中CCD输出信号的降噪中。实验结果表明,该方法能有效提高CCD信号的降噪精度,简化降噪过程及操作难度。
Abstract
Some detection signals such as the laser ranging echo, radar echo and so on will be coupled with a lot of noise in the transmission process, resulting in a decrease of signal to noise rate (SNR). The wavelet transform method, derivative method, interpolation method, polynomial fitting algorithm are usually used to denoise. The fast Fourier transform (FFT) accuracy being affected by the noise of CCD output signals in the experimental device for the laser wavelength measurement based on optical wedge interference has been studied, and then an adaptive ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) denoising model based on a special normalized index optimization is proposed. It’s shown that the experimental results for denoising of CCD output signals that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of the CCD signal denoising, simplify the denoising process and its operation difficulty.
