基于温度残差补偿法的NTC热敏电阻温度检测及应用

摘要
利用负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻和LTC2983模数转换芯片搭建了温度测量系统, 基于此系统提出了一种温度残差补偿热敏电阻经验公式的标定方法。实验结果表明, 多个热敏电阻的标定温度拟合残差绝对值小于0.10K, 基本能够满足科研及工程领域对热敏电阻检测精度的要求。该系统在黑龙江漠河北极村段进行了安装和采集实验, 通过温度数据获知了河流冰层变化的基本情况, 证实了所提热敏电阻标定方法具有实际应用价值。
Abstract
NTC thermistor and LTC2983 analogtodigital chip were used to build a temperature measuring system, based on which, an optimization method of the thermistor empirical formula of temperature residual compensation was proposed. Experimental results show that the absolute value of the residual error of the calibrated temperature fitting of multiple thermistors is less than 0.10K, which can basically meet the requirements of the detection accuracy of thermistor in scientific research and engineering fields. The system was installed and collected for experimentation in the Beijicun section of Mohe of the Amur River. Basic information of river ice changes was obtained through temperature data, confirming the significance of the proposed calibration method.
