摘要
窄线宽半导体激光器日益广泛的应用对其驱动和温控电路提出了更高的要求。为获得窄线宽、稳定功率并实时可调的激光输出, 利用ATLWS200MA103驱动模块和TECA1系列温控模块搭建半导体激光器的驱动和温控电路, 对激光器输出的各项性能指标进行测试, 验证了在该驱动下, 激光器线宽可达到5kHz, 光功率稳定性达到0.1%。并利用波导谐振腔进行扫频实验, 得出驱动电流变化量与激光器中心频率变化量之间的关系表达式。
Abstract
In order to obtain realtime adjustable laser output with narrow linewidth and stable power, ATLWS200MA103 driving module and TECA1 series temperature control module were used to build the driving and temperature control circuit of semiconductor laser, and the performance indexes of laser output were tested. It is verified, under this driving circiut, the laser linewidth can reach 5kHz and the optical power stability reaches 0.1%. The frequency sweep experiment was performed by using the waveguide cavity, and the relationship between the change amount of both the driving current and the center frequency of the laser is obtained.
