摘要
空间遥感相机在轨运行时由于空间环境的变化,会产生不同程度的离焦。针对某高分辨率空间相机光学系统的特点以及焦深,设计了一套蜗轮蜗杆传动驱动偏心凸轮的调焦机构,详细分析了调焦机构的精度,分析结果表明:调焦机构的定位精度为 0.0042 mm,焦平面组件的倾斜量为 5.31.,满足光学系统的要求。最后,建立了工程分析模型,并对其进行了模态分析。结果表明:调焦机构的一阶模态为 176.56 Hz,高于相机的基频,满足设计要求。因此,所设计的调焦机构能够保证高分辨率空间光学遥感器在复杂工况下的成像质量。
Abstract
The focal plane of a space remote camera will decenter and defocus under the environmental conditions in space, which are both changeable and complicated. Based on the characteristics of the optical system and the focal depth of the high-resolution space camera, a suitable focusing mechanism for the camera was designed. The mechanism uses worm gearing to drive cams, and the mechanism’s accuracy was analyzed in detail. The analysis showed that the focusing mechanism has a positional accuracy of 0.0042 mm and the focal plane’s inclination is 5.31.. These results satisfy the requirements of the optical system very successfully. Finally, an engineering model was built to analyze the modes of the mechanism. The results show the first characteristic frequency is 176.56 Hz, which is higher than the first frequency of the camera and in accordance with the requirements. Therefore, the focusing mechanism meets the needs of the complex spatial imaging environment
