高折射率胶合分束棱镜光谱曲线平坦技术研究

摘要
高折射率胶合分束棱镜在复杂光学系统的像差校正中可以减少镜片数量,改善成像质量,得到越来越广泛的应用。但是,高折射率胶合分束棱镜的加工中很容易出现光谱曲线平坦度超差,甚至光谱曲线难以实现等工艺难题。通过介绍胶合分束棱镜结构、光敏胶特性、光波时间相干性原理,在牌号ZF88高折射率光学玻璃基底上实际设计并制备了420~720 nm,T:R=1:1±0.03,T+R≥95%,光谱曲线平坦变化的胶合分束棱镜。这项技术突破了传统胶合零件光学薄膜制备中的光谱曲线偏离效应,为胶合零件的光学薄膜设计与制备提供了新的理论依据与方案。
Abstract
High refractive index cemented beam splitting prism is widely used in aberration correction of complex optical systems, which can reduce the number of lenses and improve the image quality. However, in the process of high refractive index cemented beam splitting prism, the flatness of spectral curve is very poor, and even the spectral curve is difficult to achieve. By introducing the structure of cemented beam splitting prism, the characteristics of optical adhesive and the principle of optical wave time coherence, the prism with flat spectral curve of 420~720 nm, T:R=1:1±0.03, T+R≥95% on ZF88 high refractive index optical glass substrates is designed and fabricated. This technology breaks through the deviation effect of spectral curve for glued parts, and provides a new theoretical basis and preparation scheme for the design and fabrication of optical thin films.
