摘要
研究一种基于新型插件式结构的光传输平台,利用嵌入控制器管理模式,解决平台通用性及扩展性问题。利用插件式金属结构屏蔽电磁辐射,解决因外部电磁干扰源辐射及平台内部各模块间的辐射干扰造成模块通信及电控失效问题。同时利用合理的散热设计,平台内部短时间达到热平衡效果,解决温度变化造成光学元器件性能变化问题。产品性能测试表明,该光传输平台使用及维护过程便捷,电磁屏蔽性能优良,平台内部热平衡时间小于15 min,符合实际工业应用要求。
Abstract
The optical transmission platform based on new plug-in structure is researched. The embedded controller management mode is used to solve the problems of platform universality and extensibility. Using metal structure to shield electromagnetic radiation and the communication and electronic control failure caused by external electromagnetic interference source radiation and radiation interference between modules inside the platform are solved. At the same time, reasonable heat dissipation design is utilized to achieve the thermal balance in a short time, so as to solve the problem that the performance of optical components changes due to temperature changes. The performance testing shows that the optical transmission platform is convenient to use and maintain, has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance, and the internal thermal balance time of the platform is less than 15 minutes, which meets the requirements of practical industrial applications.
