摘要
高功率高重频脉冲激光在**、工业、医疗和科研等领域具有诸多用途。通过激光二极管侧面泵浦及声光调Q技术, 实现了高功率高重频1 064 nm脉冲激光的输出。对单模块本征+单通放大和单腔双模块进行了对比试验研究, 同时对石英旋光器的热退偏补偿效应进行了试验验证。在腔内加入石英旋光器后, 脉冲激光输出功率由370 W增加到393 W, 远场光束发散角也由13 mrad减小为10.3 mrad。通过双模块本征+单通放大的装置, 在声光调制频率25 kHz的条件下, 获得了最高功率500 W, 脉宽95 ns的脉冲激光输出。该型激光器峰值功率高、光束质量好、结构简单, 可为高功率高重频脉冲激光器的应用研发提供设计参考。
Abstract
High power, high repetition pulsed lasers have many uses in military, industrial, medical and scientific research fields. The output of 1 064 nm pulsed laser with high power, high repetition rate is acquired through the technology of laser diode side-pumping and acousto-optic Q-switched. The comparative experiment of single-module intrinsic + single-pass amplification and single-cavity dual-module is carried out. At the same time, the thermal depolarization compensation effect of quartz rotator is verified. After adding a quartz rotator in the laser cavity, the pulsed laser output power is increased from 370 W to 393 W, and the divergence angle of far-field beam is also reduced from 13 mrad to 10.3 mrad. The pulsed laser output with a maximum power of 500 W and a pulse width of 95 ns at an acousto-optic modulation frequency of 25 kHz is achieved by the experimental device of dual-module intrinsic + single-pass amplification. The laser has high peak power, good beam quality and simple structure, which can provide design reference for the application research and development of high power, high repetition pulsed laser.
