多功能组合机构往复式压缩机监控系统设计

摘要
为了更好地开发研制新型往复式压缩机, 基于实验室多功能组合机构往复压缩机试验台, 设计了一套基于S7-300 PLC和WinCC组态软件的往复压缩机远程监控系统, 该监控系统可自动适应活塞环压缩机和迷宫压缩机, 通用性更强。详细介绍了多功能组合机构往复压缩机试验台及其监控系统的结构设计、监控系统的软硬件设计。实际运行结果显示, 该监控系统可实现远程监控多功能组合机构往复压缩机试验台在不同的热力学参数条件变化下的单项或综合技术性实验及故障情况, 工作稳定, 有效提高了往复压缩机的使用效率及自动化程度, 为新型压缩机的开发提供了技术性的参考。
Abstract
In order to develop new reciprocating compressors, on the basis of the laboratory multi-functional combined mechanism reciprocating compressor test bench, a reciprocating compressor remote monitoring system based on S7-300 PLC and WinCC configuration software is designed. The monitoring system has more versatile for automatically adapting to piston ring compressors and labyrinth compressors. The structure design of the test bench and its monitoring system and the hardware and software design of the monitoring system are introduced in detail. The actual operation results show that the monitoring system can realize the single-item or comprehensive technical experiments and fault conditions of the remote monitoring multi-functional combined mechanism reciprocating compressor test bench under different thermodynamic parameter conditions. Under a steadily work state, the use efficiency of the reciprocating compressor is improved greatly, the degree of automation is increased, which provides a technical reference for the development of new compressors.
