某地面采样设备二次电源模块硬件电路设计

摘要
根据某地面采样设备的供电部分需求, 采用隔离式单电源DC-DC模块DPBL16-W24S5和DPE75-24S12芯片, 设计了一种将外部供电电压27 V分别转换成5 V/12 V的二次电源,解决了供电电压不匹配的问题。设计了电源转换的硬件实现电路, 给出了详细的电路设计原理图。利用Altium Designer软件进行了PCB设计, 具有更高的抗干扰性能。最后设计实验通过对输出电压进行了实际测量, 总结分析了测试结果。电路测试结果表明, 此电源转换电路具有稳定的输出电源电压以及稳压精度。
Abstract
According to the power supply demand of a ground sampling equipment, an isolated single-power DC-DC module DPBL16-W24S5 and DPE75-24S12 chip are used to design a secondary power supply that converts the external power supply voltage of 27 V into 5 V and 12 V respectively and solve the problem of power supply voltage mismatch. The hardware circuit of power supply conversion is designed. Printed circuit board (PCB) design is conducted with Altium Designer software, which has higher anti-interference performance. And the output voltage is measured and the test results are summarized and analyzed. The circuit test results show that the power supply conversion circuit has stable output voltage and voltage stabilization precision.
