基于热红外高光谱图像的差值均衡校正技术

摘要
本文依托于某专项任务研制的热红外高光谱设备开展了部分研究工作, 该设备于 2016年 3月开展了海南东方市的功能飞行试验。针对背景辐射信号恢复, 非均匀性两点校正后仍残余光谱维非均匀性的问题, 提出了针对热红外高光谱数据谱段内差值均衡的处理方法, 进一步提升了热红外高光谱数据立方体的质量, 得到不影响原始光谱曲线的图像。
Abstract
This paper focuses on the thermal infrared module of a full-spectral, multi-modality imaging spectrometer. The module did the function experiment in March 2016 in Sanya. In this paper, we have presented the difference equilibrium processing method based on background removal and two-point correction for reducing residual nonuniformity in the images and for obtaining images without affecting the original spectral curve.
