点胶法制备量子点阵列的形貌控制与表征

摘要
为了提升量子点光学器件使用性能, 本文提出采用点胶法制备量子点阵列并通过选择组分配比控制量子点胶点形貌。实验使用甲苯和 UV胶混合制成量子点胶水溶液, 研究了甲苯和 UV胶在不同配比下制作的量子点胶点的形貌特征, 实验证明当甲苯与 UV胶配比合适时, 点胶机打印阵列具有形貌良好、发光均匀、无咖啡环效应、打印精度高、阵列整齐等优点, 随着组分配比中甲苯含量的增加, 量子点胶点圆度、发光均匀性、一致性及排列整齐度均降低。因此通过改变组分配比, 可有效控制及优化胶点形貌, 提高量子点阵列的一致性与发光均匀性, 对提高量子点器件的灵敏度及分辨率等具有重要意义。
Abstract
In this study, we aim to improve quantum dot optical devices. To achieve this, we adopted the dispensing method for the preparation of the quantum column and selected the component ratio to control the shape of the quantum dot. The experimental results showed the advantages of the dispensing print array, including good appearance, excellent luminance, no coffee ring effect, high precision printing, and neatness. With the increase in the amount of toluene, the shape of the quantum dot as well as the consistency and uniformity of luminescence decreased. Therefore, by changing the composition of the glue, its morphology can be controlled and optimized. This can help improve the consistency and uniformity of luminance of the quantum column as well as the sensitivity and resolution of the quantum dot device.
