导弹控制系统闭环模拟飞行测试方案设计

摘要
针对导弹控制系统模飞测试中存在的测试效率低、不能模拟导弹飞行状况等问题, 提出闭环模飞测试方案, 极大地满足了导弹控制系统模飞测试的快速性、全覆盖性和有效性的要求, 能够检验系统各部分之间的协调性, 以及整个系统对大干扰的调节能力。介绍了闭环测试方案提出的必要性、原理以及实现方法, 具体论述了激励信号算法设计, 以及根据测试数据判断导弹性能的方法。仿真验证了该方案的可行性。
Abstract
In the simulated flight test of the missile control system, the test efficiency is low and the flight condition of missile can not be simulated.To solve the problems, a closed-loop flight simulation test scheme is proposed, which greatly satisfies the requirements for flight test of the rapidity, full coverage and effectiveness for flight test of the missile control system, and can test the coordination between the different parts of the system and the ability of the entire system to adjust to large disturbances.This paper introduces the necessity, principle and implementation method of closed-loop test, and discusses the design of the excitation signal algorithm and the method of judging missile performance based on test data.The rationality of this test scheme is verified by simulation.
