纳秒激光焊接电池集流片与壳体工艺研究
Study on Nanosecond Laser Welding Process for Battery of Collector and Shell
摘要
针对电池集流片与壳体焊接强度低, 焊接后有电池液渗漏的问题, 采用纳秒激光进行激光焊接实验解决这些问题。通过对激光焊接工艺参数进行优化, 分别对激光功率、脉冲宽度、频率进行以及焊接正交试验, 然后对焊接速度进行单因素实验, 当激光平均功率为50 W、脉冲宽度40 mm/s、频率为400 Hz、焊接速度120 mm/s时, 焊点拉力达到38 N。进一步盐雾实验结果表明, 焊缝背面未发生腐蚀现象, 且无电池液泄露的现象发生, 满足实际生产要求。
Abstract
For the question of weak welding strength and battery liquid leakage after laser welding, the nanosecond laser were used for the laser welding experiments. The welding process parameters of laser power, pulse duration and frequency were optimized first, and then the welding speed was optimized, the welding strength reached 38N, when the laser power was 50 W, pulse duration was 40 mm/s, frequency was 400Hz and welding speed was 120 mm/s. The salt spray testing showed that the battery shell was not been damage, the battery liquid was no leakage, which satisfied the practical production requirements.
