摘要
光动力疗法(PDT)因其创伤小, 选择性强且同时保持对肿瘤的治疗疗效, 受到了越来越广泛的社会关注, 已经成为治疗体表、消化道、泌尿道等部位浅表肿瘤的方法之一。它通过使光敏剂被选择性的吸收后, 用一定波长的可见光照射病灶部位, 引发活性氧蓄积, 从而杀灭肿瘤细胞。自噬在细胞营养缺乏或应激状况下被激活, 通过降解胞内大分子物质或细胞器, 促进细胞生存或死亡。自噬在PDT早期即被激活, 起到保护细胞或促进细胞死亡的作用, 但其确切机制并不十分清楚。本文就PDT激活自噬的途径, 以及自噬在保护或杀灭肿瘤细胞中的作用进行综述。
Abstract
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has received more and more extensive social attention due to its small trauma, strong selectivity and maintaining therapeutic effect on tumors, and has become one of the methods to treat superficial tumors in body surface, digestive tract, urinary tract and other places.It can kill tumor cells by selectively absorbing photosensitizer and irradiating the lesion site with a certain wavelength of visible light, triggering accumulation of reactive oxygen species.Autophagy is activated in the absence of cell nutrition or stress, and promotes cell survival or death by degrading intracellular macromolecular substances or organelles.Autophagy is activated at the early stage of PDT to protect cells or promote cell death, but the exact mechanism is not very clear.In this review, the pathway of autophagy activation by PDT and the role of autophagy in protecting or killing tumor cells are reviewed.
