光学胶稠度对LCD全贴合显示质量的影响

摘要
研究了胶水稠度对LCD全贴合显示质量的影响。对加固液晶显示模块建立有限元分析模型, 仿真分析并实际测试了高温环境下不同光学胶稠度对液晶屏及显示质量的影响。结果表明, 同一体系的光学胶稠度越小, 对液晶屏盒厚的影响越弱, 加固液晶显示模块在高温环境下显示黄斑的概率越低, 保证了全贴合生产良率。
Abstract
In order to guide the production more conveniently and ensure the full production yield, the influence of the adhesive consistency on the quality of the full-fit display was studied. A finite element analysis model was established for the reinforced liquid crystal display module, and the effects of different optical adhesive consistency on the liquid crystal screen and display quality under high temperature environment were simulated and analyzed. The results show that the lower the optical adhesive consistency of the same system, the weaker the influence on the thickness of the liquid crystal panel, and the lower the probability that the reinforced liquid crystal display module displays the yellow spot under high temperature environment.
