转速对激光熔覆铁基合金耐磨性的影响

摘要
主要研究了磨损速率对NM360激光熔覆铁基合金后的表面耐磨性的影响。利用销盘摩擦磨损试验机测量了不同转速下, 摩擦副的摩擦系数, 磨损率的变化情况; 然后分别用电子显微镜和扫描电镜进行磨损形貌和磨损机理的分析。结果表明, 随着转速提高, 试样表面的平均摩擦系数降低, 磨损率增加, 磨损面磨损程度增加, 磨损机理表现为: 当转速为800 r/min~1 200 r/min时, 磨损机理主要表现为磨粒磨损; 当转速为1 600 r/min~2 000 r/min时磨损机理主要为粘着磨损。
Abstract
The effect of wear rate on the surface wear resistance of NM360 laser cladding ferroalloy was studied. The friction coefficient and wear rate of the friction pair at different rotating speeds were measured with the pin-plate friction and wear testing machine. Then the wear morphology and wear mechanism were analyzed by electron microscope and scanning electron microscope respectively. The results showed that the average friction coefficient of the sample surface decreased, the wear rate increased, and the wear degree of the wear surface increased with the increase of the rotating speed. The wear mechanism was as follows: when the rotating speed was 800 r/min~1 200 r/min, the wear mechanism was mainly abrasive wear. When the rotation speed is 1 600 r/min~2 000 r/min, the wear mechanism is mainly adhesive wear.
