摘要
为了获取性能良好的S32205双相不锈钢激光焊接头性能, 采用高功率光纤激光焊机在焊接速度和离焦量不变的情况下, 依次增大激光功率进行焊接试验, 研究不同功率对焊缝形貌的影响。同时, 采用中频感应快速加热技术, 对激光焊缝进行了热处理。结果表明, 当焊接功率在4 kW左右时, 可得到优良的焊缝形貌; 对厚度为2 mm的S32205双相不锈钢, 合理的的激光焊热输入和热处理工艺, 可以有效调整焊接接头形貌和两相组织的平衡, 避免组织中的脆性相析出, 接头具有良好的综合性能。
Abstract
In order to obtain the good performance of S32205 duplex stainless steel laser welding joint, high power fiber laser welding machine was used to study the effect of different power on weld morphology by increasing laser power sequentially under the condition of constant welding speed and defocusing distance. At the same time, the laser weld was heat treated by medium frequency induction heating technology. The results show that good weld morphology can be obtained when welding power is about 4Kw. For the stainless steel S32205 duplex with thickness of 2 mm, reasonable laser welding heat input and heat treatment process can effectively adjust the morphology of welded joints and the balance of the two-phase structure, avoid the precipitation of brittle phase in the structure, and the joint has good comprehensive properties.
