运用小焦点射线源提高热电池射线检测分辨率的试验研究

摘要
针对工业热电池检测中,采用大电压大焦点X射线激光源, 成像分辨率不够, 导致缺陷漏检的问题, 提出了采用小焦点射线源的改进方法。通过设置两组焦点大小不同的射线源来进行比较实验, 实验结果从拍摄效果与理论分辨率两个方面进行评估, 证明在保证射线源电压足够的前提下, 使用尽可能小的焦点, 可以有效提高图像分辨率。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of defect missing detection caused by using large voltage and large focus X-ray laser source, an improved method using small focus X-ray source was proposed. Comparing experiments were carried out by setting two sets of ray sources with different focal sizes.The experimental results are evaluated from the two aspects of shooting effect and theoretical resolution. It is proved that the image resolution can be effectively improved by using the smallest focus as possible under the premise of ensuring sufficient voltage of the ray source.
