光学相干断层扫描技术在良恶性疾病的临床应用
Clinical Application of Optical Coherence Tomography in Benign and Malignant Diseases
摘要
光学相干断层扫描(Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT)凭借其无创、实时、高分辨率等优势逐步在多个临床领域得到了应用。近年来, 随着技术的不断进步, OCT在技术基础之上发展了很多全新的技术模式, 例如光学相干断层扫描血管造影(Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography, OCTA), 三维光学相干断层扫描(3-Dimensional Optical Coherence Tomography, 3D-OCT), 高清晰度光学相干断层扫描(High-definition Optical Coherence Tomography, HD-OCT)等。文章主要对OCT技术在良恶性疾病的诊断和应用方面进行综述, 客观分析其优缺点, 并对其发展进行展望。
Abstract
Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT) has been applied in many clinical fields with its advantages of non-invasive, real-time and high distinguishability. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of technology, OCT has developed many new technical modes, such as optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA), three-dimensional optical coherence tomography(3D-OCT) and high-definition optical coherence tomography(HD-OCT). This article mainly reviews OCT technology in the diagnosis and application of benign and malignant diseases, objectively analyzing advantages and disadvantages and making a desirable prospect.
