基于无线控制的激光告警测试系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Laser Warning Testing System Based on Wireless Control
摘要
传统激光告警测试系统存在角度测试效率低、编码精度差、安全性低、不便于携带等问题,针对上述问题,提出一种基于无线控制的激光告警测试系统设计方案,通过无线遥控的方式控制告警单元偏转相应的角度,控制激光器发射不同码型的信号,完成激光告警单元的告警指标测试。采用 STC单片机内部的可编程计数器阵列( PCA)软件定时器模式,提高脉冲时序的精度,采用无线遥控实现激光的开启与关闭。实际应用表明,该设计方案便于测试告警单元、操作方便,提高了测试效率和安全性。
Abstract
The traditional laser warning testing system has the problems of low angle testing efficiency, poorcoding accuracy, low security and inconvenience. For these problems, a design scheme of a laser warning testing sys.tem based on wireless control is proposed. The corresponding deflecting angle of the warning unit is controlledthrough wireless remote control mode, so the signals with different patterns is emitted from the laser, and the warn.ing characteristics testing of the laser warning unit is completed. The programmable timer array (PCA) software tim.er mode inside the STC microcontroller is used to improve the accuracy of the pulse timing, and the wireless remotecontrol is used to turn the laser on and off. The applications show that the design scheme has the advantages of con.venience in testing and operation, and the testing efficiency and safety are improved.
