摘要
随着光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)应用范国逐步扩大,对传感系统测量精度、稳定性和实时性的要求日益提高。针对 FBG传感系统精确性和可靠性提升的信号处理方法,综述了与精确性有关的去嗓算法、峰值检测算 法、多峰波分解复用、畸交处理方法以及提升系统可靠性的标定方法。重点介绍了近十年相关信号处理算法的理论和应用,分析了存在的问题及发展趋势。
Abstract
With the gradual expansion of the application of fiber Bragg grating(FBG), the requirements for accuracy, stability and real-time of the sensing system are increasing. In thispaper, the signal processing methods for the accuracy and reliability of FBG sensing systems are reviewed. The accuracy-related includes denoising algorithm, peak detection algorithm,multi-peak decomposition and multiplexing, and the calibration method to improve the reliability of the system are summarized. The theory and application of related signal processingalgorithms in the past ten years are mainly introduced, and the existing problems and development trends are analyzed.
