单掺Nd3+双波长全固态激光器研究进展

摘要
全固态双波长激光器是指单一激光器同时输出两个波段激光, 具有结构紧凑、可小型化、工作寿命长、可大能量输出和易于操作的优点, 被广泛应用于检测血液中一氧化碳浓度、治疗毛细血管扩张、干涉彩虹全息、倍频产生绿光、和频产生黄光及差频产生太赫兹波等方面。本文对比了多种单掺Nd3+激光晶体的特性, 分析了其产生多波长激光的机理和方法, 概述了基于单掺Nd3+双波长全固态激光器的研究现状, 并展望了这类激光器的发展和应用前景。
Abstract
All-solid-state dual-wavelength laser is a single laser emitting two bands of laser at the same time. This type of laser has the characteristics of compact structure, miniaturization, long working time, high energy output, and easy operation. The solid-state dual-wavelength lasers have been widely used in the detection of carbon monoxide in blood, the treatment of capillary dilatation, the interference of rainbow holography, the generation of green light by frequency double, sum frequency mixing for yellow laser and providing pumping source for high-power terahertz radiation. In this paper, several kinds of single-doped Nd3+ laser crystals are compared, the mechanism and method of generating multi-wavelength lasers are analyzed, the research status of single-doped Nd3+ dual-wavelength solid-state lasers is summarized, and the development and application of such lasers is prospected.
