Morphologyand Organization Analysis of Lattice Optimized Structure Based on Selective Laser Melting
摘要
选区激光熔化作为一种新型的绿色制造技术, 在加工内部复杂界面的结构件时有着独特的优势。本文设计了一组带有优化半径的金刚石点阵结构并通过选区激光熔化技术成型, 观察其表面形貌并对比分析了3种不同热处理工艺下试样微观组织的变化。研究结果表明试样成型质量较好, 结构表面带有粘粉和波纹; 同时发现热处理后, 组织中Si相从过饱和的α相中析出, 而Al相在远离Si的区域内均匀分布, 这与未热处理之前的Al、Mg相均匀分布形成对比。
Abstract
Selective laser melting as a new type of green manufacturing technology has unique advantages in processing structural parts with complex internal interfaces. In this paper, a set of diamond lattice structure with optimized radius was designed and formed by selective laser melting technology. Then the surface morphology was observed and the microstructure changes of the samples under three different heat treatment processes were compared and analyzed. The results show that the sample has good molding quality, and the surface of the structure has sticky powder and corrugated. At the same time, it is found that the Si phase in the structure is precipitated from the supersaturated α phase, and the Al phase is evenly distributed in the region away from Si. Contrast with the uniform distribution of Al and Mg before heat treatment.
