电池正负极片激光自动焊接设备的研制
Design of Automatic Laser Welding System for Anode Flake and Negative Flake of the Batteries
摘要
本文针对扣式电池的正负极片焊接, 设计专用激光焊接设备, 主要由上料机构、焊接夹具机构、翻转机构及取料小车等部分组成。设备能实现电池极片全自动上料, 焊接前自动抓取极片到指定位置, 自动压紧、自动焊接、夹具自动松开并取料。采用180°翻转机构, 电池负极和电池正极可一次性焊接完成, 无需用夹具进行二次装夹, 提高了生产效率。
Abstract
For the welding of anode flake and negative flake of the batteries, we designed the laser welding system, which consisted of feed mechanism, welding fixture, tilting mechanism and taking car. The system realize automatic feeding the battery pole piece, automatic grab pole piece to the specified location before welding, automatic pressing, automatic laser welding, automatic loosening of the fixture.Used 180° turnover mechanism, the negative flake and anode flake can be finished welding once, the fixture no need clamping once again, improving the production efficiency.
