点扩散函数选取对波前编码图像复原影响的实验研究

摘要
波前编码系统由于其离焦不敏感和像差抑制特性被广泛应用于光学系统中来延拓景深。景深的拓展是以牺牲图像像质为代价, 通过数字复原方法获得正常水平的图像质量。通过对比分析两种复原方式, 一种是焦点处的点扩散函数复原全部离焦位置的模糊图像, 另一种是点扩散函数分别复原对应离焦位置的模糊图像, 通过仿真模拟和显微实验成像对比分析得知点扩散函数复原对应离焦位置的模糊图像的复原方式可以有效削减振铃效应。该复原方式可以减弱图像二次模糊, 复原结果更适合人眼观察。
Abstract
Wavefront coding systems are widely used in optical systems to extend the depth of field because of their defocus insensitivity and aberration suppression characteristics. The extension of depth of field is to obtain the normal image quality through digital restoration at the expense of image quality. By comparing and analyzing two restoration methods, one is the point spread function at the focal point to restore all the blurred images at the defocused position, and the other is the point spread function to restore the blurred images at the corresponding defocused positions respectively. Through the comparative analysis of the simulation and microscopic experimental imaging, it is known that the restoration method of the point spread function to restore the blurred image corresponding to the defocus position can effectively reduce the ringing effect. This restoration method can reduce the secondary blur of the image, and the restoration result is more suitable for human eyes to observe.
